Annual Fundraising Feast Benefits Conservation and Education Programs at the Zoo
TAMPA, Fla. (October 25, 2013) — On Saturday, November 2, listen to your wild side and head to Zoofari, an all-inclusive fundraising feast at Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo presented by Ierna’s Heating and Cooling & Bryant. Guests can dine, drink and dance with the high-energy Robert Randolph & The Family Band, bringing its nationwide Lickety Split tour to the TD Bank Main Stage.
Zoofari is an outdoor food festival featuring tantalizing tastes to please any palate. For one ticket price, guests can go on a sampling safari of flavors from the Bay area’s best restaurants and enjoy open bars.
Here’s a “taste” of the returning favorites confirmed for this 27th annual event: BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, Blondie’s Cookies, Brunchery Restaurant & Catering, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Centre Club, Chantilly Cakes, EVOS, First Watch, Kona Grill, Longhorn Steakhouse, Mitchell’s Fish Market, Papa John’s Pizza, Sonny’s Real Pit Bar-B-Q, Texas de Brazil, Tijuana Flats Burrito Company, Timpano Chophouse, Yacht Starship and more. Zoofari guests will also be introduced to several newcomers: Little Greek Restaurant, Louis Pappas Market Café, McAlister’s Deli, PCI Bar & Grill, Shells Seafood, and Water Works Bar & Grill.
The array of savory samples is complemented by national entertainment. Guests can groove to live music from headliner Robert Randolph & The Family Band with its distinctive mix of rock, funk, and rhythm & blues. The event also includes a talented roster of diverse artists in locations throughout the event, including: Shaun Hopper, Soul Circus Cowboys, The Mud Flappers, Rebecca Zapen and Beth McKee.
