How can I purchase my Christmas in the Wild Dining Plan?
The Christmas in the Wild Dining plans are available at the front gate, Tours & Guest Services kiosk, at dining locations and online.
Do Zoo Members receive discounts?
Christmas in the Wild Dining Plans are available at a discount to Zoo Members! Click here to enter your member number or click here to purchase a new membership.
What exactly is included with the Dining Plan options?
New dining kiosks will be open throughout the Zoo beginning at 5 p.m. each day of Christmas in the Wild. Dining plan holders can take advantage of various samples savory dishes, decadent desserts, and specialty beverages dependent on dining plan purchased.
All tasty dishes and refreshments are available for purchase with each Dining Plan.
Are the portion sizes the same with the Dining Plan?
YES! Dining Plan holders will receive the same size portion as guests who purchase menu items individually.
Do I need special tickets the day I plan to attend?
After 4 p.m. tickets to Christmas in the Wild will be available at the Zoo's front gate and online if you are not a Zoo member or have the option to pay for a day, come back all year free.
The Dining Plan must be purchased online or at the Zoo.
Are children allowed to use my pass?
Children and guests under 21 years of age are allowed to enjoy food and non-alcoholic beverage options available using the dining plan.
What happens if it rains the day of the event?
Christmas in the Wild will be open – rain or shine!
If the event is postponed due to unforeseen weather, tickets and remaining punches will be honored for a future event date.
