How can I purchase my Dining Pass?

The Sunset Celebration Dining passes are sold after 4 p.m. and are available at the front gate, the Safari Lodge, Carousel Hub - Near the Sweet Shoppe, Guest Relations and online.

Do Zoo Annual Members get discounts?

Sunset Celebration Dining Passes are available at a discount to Zoo Annual Pass members! Click here to enter your member number or click here to purchase a new membership.

What exactly is included with the Dining Pass options?

New dining kiosks will be stationed throughout the park beginning at 4 p.m. each day of Sunset Celebration. Dining pass holders can take advantage of 5 or 10 samples depending on which pass is purchased. 

Options for beverages include 4 oz wine servings, 12 oz beer samples or 20 oz Coca-Cola bottles.

Options for food samples include available menu items from most kiosks and restaurants stationed throughout the park during Sunset Celebration event dates.

What is NOT included in the Dining Pass? 

Specialty drinks, 16oz beer, 8 oz wine, 1 liter Smart Water and Souvenir Cup selections are not included for redemption using the Dining Pass. Also the family style Pizza located in the Lodge. 

Are the portion sizes the same with the Dining Pass?

YES! Dining Pass holders will receive the same size portion as guests who purchase menu items individually.

Do I need special tickets the day I plan to attend?

After 4 p.m. tickets to the seasonal events will be available at the gate and online if you do not already have your ZooperPass or membership to attend Sunset Celebration. The Dining Pass must be purchased online or in the Zoo.

Are children allowed to use my pass?

Children and guests under 21 years of age are allowed to enjoy food and non-alcoholic beverage options available using the dining pass.

What happens if it rains the day of the event?

Sunset Celebration takes place rain or shine. Any changes to this policy will be posted on the Zoo’s website. If the event is postponed due to unforeseen weather closure, tickets and remaining punches will be honored for a future event date.

What happens in severe weather?

Zoo staff will closely monitor radar to be aware of potential bad weather before and during the event. If severe weather occurs, activities will be suspended for the safety of all participants to seek shelter.
