For a limited time, pay for a day and come back the rest of the 2017!

When does it expire?

Your Pay for a Day Ticket is valid from the day of purchase until Dec. 31, 2017.

What are the blockout days?

  • December 26, 2015-January 4, 2016
  • March 11-26, 2017
  • December 26-31, 2017

What are the benefits?

Free admission to the Zoo through 2017, of course! For additional benefits, consider purchasing a Membership.

Can I use my Pay for a Day Ticket on blockout dates?

If you already have your Pay for a Day Ticket and wish to visit during a listed blockout date, please stop by the Zoo’s ticketing windows for alternate options:

  • During blockout periods, Pay for a Day Ticket holders have access to significantly discounted single-day tickets.
  • Pay for a Day Ticket holders always have the option to upgrade to Zoo Annual Membership (no blockout dates). The full value of your Pay for a Day Ticket(s) will be applied toward a new Annual Membership.

Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo is operated by the Lowry Park Zoological Society, an independent 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to excellence in education, conservation and research. The Zoo is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA), and is featured among the “Top 25 Zoos in the U.S” by TripAdvisor (2015) and “10 Best Zoos in the U.S.” by Trekaroo (2015). The Zoo is located at 1101 W. Sligh Avenue in Tampa, one mile west of I-275 (exit 48) and is open seven days a week, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
